Another good advice surgery this week helping local people with some complex cases, thanks to those who came along.
Each year, my outstanding team of caseworkers assists thousands of people and leads numerous campaigns. However, in certain situations, particularly when an issue may need to be raised in Parliament or taken directly to government ministers, it is vital for me to get personally involved.
No matter what other work you do in politics, very little compares to standing up for good people who have been let down, left frustrated, or had their concerns unfairly ignored and securing a just outcome on their behalf.
